Disclaimer
This Disclaimer is available to be viewed at the bottom of each page of our website as a link from Disclaimer/Terms of Use.
Allenatore, Esposito & Raffin, LLC (herein after AER), and any member of its staff, is not engaged in rendering legal advice and information obtained from our firm should in no way be considered a substitute for the advice of an attorney. If you require legal or other expert advice, you should seek the services of a competent attorney or other licensed professional. Having a consultation with one of our consultants does not and will not establish a legal relationship. Nothing on this page or associated pages or in our reports, documents, comments, email, fax or other communications, whether on or off this website, should be taken as legal advice and the content therein was not necessarily prepared by persons licensed to practice law. We are not lawyers. We are prison and sentencing consultants and advocates. We make no guarantees, inferences or promises that we can secure any Federal Bureau of Prisons or State Department of Corrections programs in conjunction with our consulting services.
Our consulting services are limited to the described correctional related programs, program statements and prison and sentencing services on our web site. The main function of our consulting services is to impart our expert experience by way of verbal communications and to assist with information and documentation by way of pre or post-prison and Sentencing Recommendation Reports and related documents. On the request of the client, clients will be emailed, faxed or mailed a draft copy to review for accuracy. AER is not responsible for errors and/or omissions.
Clients are responsible to notify us when their Case Manager or Unit Team discusses any community corrections programs, such as Community Corrections Center Placement (also known as Half-way House), Home Confinement or House Arrest Placement. This is usually done a year or so in advance of the completion of the sentence. We will then act accordingly on those remaining services, if they are part of the services the client retained us to complete. Once our consulting services are initiated, the determined total fee is not refundable by any means, including, but not limited to personal or business checks, bank checks, cashier's checks, money orders, credit cards, Paypal or wire transfers. Failure to oblige by this will result in possible civil and/or criminal penalties. Our Release Agreement and all other agreements and documents are limited to the consulting services noted on our web site. Any other consulting services not listed on our web site must be listed, described and documented in writing by both the client and AER. We are not responsible for errors that a client may make regarding services not listed, described or documented on our web site. No document or agreement may be modified in any way, unless approved in writing by AER.
