Meet Our Staff of Prison Experts
At Allenatore Esposito & Raffin, we have assembled one of the preeminent staffs of prison consultants, sentencing and prison experts and criminal litigation support personnel in the country. A combination of extensive and varied experience and education gives us a distinct advantage over others in this field. Our experience goes well beyond having spent fifteen months in federal prison camp and, upon release, promoting ourselves as “prison experts.”
AER Partners; Legal and Prison Consultants
AER’s prison consultants offer expert prison counseling services backed by a very unique set of qualifications and experiences. Two of our partners have law degrees from one of the most prestigious law schools in California. Our founding partner not only possesses a law degree but served over five years in four different federal prisons, quickly becoming known as the prison expert fellow inmates turned to for assistance. For five years he worked as a prison law librarian - writing various appeals, 2255 motions and APA grievances (administrative remedies).
Our most experienced and multi-dimensional partner, Mr. Frank Esposito, has been one of the region’s most prolific bail bolds agents for over 36 years and is renowned for his knowledge of the CA prison system. Mr. Esposito has also spent a lifetime cultivating relationships with local police, federal agents, court personnel and members of the legal community. His experience and personal relationships within the criminal justice system and CA prison system have proven to be invaluable to our attorney and inmate clients.

Allenatore, Esposito & Raffin’s extensive staff includes a diverse array of both male and female prison consultants and prison counselors that, combined, possess over 37 years of recent, first-hand federal and CA prison experience. Our staff is comprised of two women who have each done over 6 years in several different federal institutions; two women that have spent over 14 years in female prison in the CA prison system; and, several men that have done countless years in penal institutions all over the country, both federal and state.
Our client’s counselor is selected personally for them based upon the client’s individual needs. Our entire prison counseling staff is eager to help those about to enter the system for the first time; each of them remembers all too well their own fear and anxiety. Our prison experts are available to each of our clients 24-7 to help them deal with the trauma they and their families suffer when facing or dealing with incarceration.
