AER's state consultants have over 27 years experience in California sentencing mitigation schemes and California penal institutions. We also offer our clients and their family's comprehensive one-on-one counseling (experienced male and female counselors on staff). We help ease our clients transition from life in the community to either state or federal prison. We will work tirelessly and vigorously to advocate on behalf of an incarcerated client and their family throughout the client’s sentence.
